Derek has been a full-time pastor for 30 years and is now retired from the church payroll. He is a worship leader and was the head of marketing and sales at EasyWorship from 2004 - 2007. He now owns Pfeifer Builders and loves to hunt and fish in his free time. Derek has been married to his wife, Trish, for 43 years. They have a son, Bret, who is an architect and lives in Tulsa, OK with his wife and 4 kids. Their daughter, Kendall, is a pediatric neuropsychologist and lives with her husband in Palm Beach, FL.
