When is the next version of EasyWorship releasing, and what can we expect from it?
The next major release of the software (EasyWorship 8) is in its FINAL stages of development. We don’t have a finalized release date as of right now, but we will 100% let everyone know as soon as we do. As far as what is included, EasyWorship 8 will feature a Mac version, an updated UI, several bug fixes/stability issues, and more.
Why would someone choose EasyWorship instead of a free program?
This is a question we get often. I can confidently say that EasyWorship is THE most cost-effective software on the market for churches. Products that are free lack ongoing support, feel incomplete, or are missing the mark on stability necessary for a live-service, high-stress environment like Sunday mornings. How do I get access to the EasyWorship 8 Beta test?
If you are interested in testing out the latest (and soon to be greatest) version of EasyWorship, you can access it through our users group on Facebook or our community forums. Please keep in mind that it is a BETA, which means the product is incomplete and not representative of the final build.
If I have a one time purchase license of an old version of EasyWorship, will I lose that license eventually?
You will never lose access to your old version of EasyWorship’s one-time-purchase license. However, versions older than EasyWorship 7 (e.g. EasyWorship 6, 2009, etc.) are no longer supported by our company, so we cannot provide any assistance if you have hardware or software issues on those products. The reason for this is that there may be hardware conflicts with older versions of the software with newer operating systems or computer hardware that we have absolutely no control over.
The surest way to avoid having issues and ensuring the best possible experience with EasyWorship is to subscribe to the latest version of EasyWorship through one of our subscription plans.
